Our Organization

In 2018, our community authored “A Path to the Future,” a robust document that outlines strategic initiatives that will enhance our community. The FBG Neighborhood Coalition advocates that our civic leaders seek to make good the promises and plans of this important document.

In 2021, the city government solicited feedback on the issue of short-term rentals, the result being the creation of a new STR Ordinance.

With the election of Jeryl Hoover as mayor, we have witnessed a revived interest in pursuing the goals of the Path to the Future. The Neighborhood Coalition will continue to work to ensure the quality of life for those who live in, work in, and visit Fredericksburg.

Fredericksburg Neighborhood Coalition is affiliated with TX Neighborhood Coalition, which fights for communities across Texas.
